The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations of places to visit. The breakfast was tasty and nicely presented. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a mall and other places to eat and shop. the hotel offered a safe environment for guests to rest.

The walls were thin and noise from other guests made sleeping difficult. the owner was unapproachable when we returned late and had trouble getting back into the hotel.

The accommodation was located in a welcoming neighborhood, with friendly locals and a mall nearby for dinner. the breakfast provided was outstanding, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that all guests had everything that they needed. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, with hot water available.

Some guests staying at the accommodation made it difficult to sleep due to loud noise levels, which could be heard through the walls and was especially frustrating for those who were in need of a good night's rest.

Great breakfast, beautiful surroundings I spent Easter in a bed and breakfast in Soweto with my family. the breakfast that was offered was fantastic, rich and varied, but it was not possible to book it during the stay - we were told we needed to reserve it beforehand. We were glad that our room looked out over the garden, because the surroundings were beautiful and well kept. the location was great too, easy to find and close to the shopping center and other attractions.

Bad customer service, uncomfortable beds Negative aspects were our experience with customer service and the quality of the beds. the staff was rude and uninterested in helping us find our way around Soweto, and we felt like we were bothering them with our questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was cute and provided us with helpful information about transportation options in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with our room being kept tidy every day. The breakfast offered here was definitely a highlight of our stay- delicious and diverse options were available every morning. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect for visiting many of the must-see spots in this city.
